The estimated delivery times set out above are from the date your order leaves Blundell Park not from the date of your order.

We do not provide ‘Next Day’ delivery shipping.

All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of an order being placed (a working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays)

Click and Collect

Our Click & Collect service is free and offers you the added convenience of collecting your purchased items from Blundell Park. Simply select 'Collect from Store' as your
delivery method when at the checkout. We will then send you an email when your order is ready for collection, just make sure you bring this with you when collecting
your purchased items.

Collections can be made Monday-Friday between 10am and 4pm.

Please note, click and collect is not available after 1pm on a matchday.  

Returns

•You may return any item within 14 days of delivery in its unworn & unused/original condition and packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
•Returns of personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect due to our mistake or if the product is faulty.
•Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or
changes his squad number during his time at the club.  Please therefore take care to ensure that you order the correct size.
•Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange DVDs, CDs or software unless they are faulty.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
